I’m Sophie. I’ve worked with the written word for over 15 years as a writer, researcher, copyeditor, and proofreader.
I’ve collaborated with clients from a diverse range of sectors including finance, law and wellbeing.
This breadth of experience allows me to take a more holistic view of a business and understand its unique challenges.

To date, most of my projects have involved working on long-term commissions on a consultancy basis.

For almost eight years, I worked on a consultancy basis for TheAnswer, a company specialising in media relations and PR, where I produced articles, blog posts and research for a variety of clients covering topics as diverse as cyber security, tax and pensions to productivity and mental health.
Jinfo
For almost nine years, I worked as contributing editor for Jinfo, an online publisher of content for professionals working in information-intensive industries, where I wrote and copyedited product reviews, articles, and blog posts.
